On Thu, Mar 13, 10:09 AM the commissioner sent an email to all the minors coaches stating “***IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE SO, PLEASE FILL OUT THE ELMHURST YOUTH BASEBALL LITTLE LEAGUE BACKGROUND QUESTIONNAIRE.”. Below is the exact email sent from him.
Following this email, I tried to fill out the background check and did not have a user account. Having a background in technology and building user management systems and having a strong suspicion Elmhurst Youth Baseball was committing crimes against me, I decided to debug the email. I proceeded to ask 6 coaches if they had done a background check for Elmhurst Youth Baseball and they all said yes. Once they had confirmed they did a background check I decided to check to see if they had a user account. And to my not surprise, 5 out of 6 did not have an account. Below shows exactly what I am talking about.
Step 1: I visited https://littleleague.smarteru.com/remote-login/login.cfm and clicked on reset password.
Step 2: I clicked send password and received an error.
Step 3: I called out the coach/board member and told him he did not have a user account. How did he complete the background check? He then responded to the text with a frozen face. Below you can see that this board member/coach is a bold face liar and has admitted to what seems to be like them conspiring against me. I have 4 other conversations similar to this one.
Why is this so significant? Well, this board member/coach is the same one that did the following:
- Called a teenage boy cute and touched him.
- Turned a baseball development conversation into talking about the boys going into puberty and their genitals dropping.
- Filed a false police report against me.
- Filed a false cease and desist against me.
- Hired a law firm where the above commissioner wife works at to threaten me.
- He told me he was putting a team of coaches together to get the President removed.
- Asked me to edit the EYB Express logo and me to make him some gear with the new logo. I edited the logo for him but told him exactly how to create the gear and he never did.
